Must stay in Niagara Falls

This hotel has some breath taking views. The staff is wonderful and I felt so appreciated during check in. I was thanked for my status as a Bonvoy member. The hotel’s buffet is hit or miss. The rooms are huge and mine had a fire place and whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Just really amazing hotel with great staff.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay! The view, location and small “fireplace” in the room made us wish this hotel was our destination and not our pass through location. Staff were very helpful with checking in and getting us parked. And that shower ! My word that was the best shower I have ever had. We couldn’t have asked for a better night stay.
Poor customer service

Check in is supposed to be at 4- our room wasn’t ready until 7. Extremely disappointing especially when travelling with 2 small children.
We were supposed to be notified when the room was ready and never heard anything. They refused to offer us anything to fix their mistake - not even late checkout the next day. Terrible customer service.
Breathtaking

Falls view room 19th floor. Breathtaking views in room 1972. Loved it so much would certainly recommend.
We had breakfast in there one day, gorgeous omelette from Clyde too.
This hotel is huge but also has a personal touch. Wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights. Very central location too.
Worst expert ever at the hotel!

Worst experience there ever! These people charge you or any and everything once they see a card on file and when you try getting your refund it can never be possible! I asked to reach out to a manger or supervisor and to this date no support!!!!!
