Believing Sheraton and the reviews we booked this hotel. - Check-in was smooth but it was too much waiting with too many guests - Lobby area was crowded and dirty. Tables, Sofas and floors were not clea - Lobby was attached to Starbucks and a gift shop which was very convenient - Lifts and hallways were clean but dated - Hotel has two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) with amazing views - Room was appropriate size and appointed with everything, however cleanliness was not up to the mark. - The Falls view is obstructed by vegetation so u will not get the view like Marriott (we were prepared as we saw YouTube videos before booking) - Location of the hotel is very good and everything is right around the corner. - Check out was awful. We requested a 30 mins extra and we were denied. And charged 25CAD plus taxes for every 30 mins. This was a first in 18 years of travelling across the globe and super-duper rude of a hotel of such repute. Eventually they waived it off, but this was very hostile behavior to get rooms vacated. Yes, the hotel may be busy but 15-20 mins and threating to charge for every 30 mins is unheard of. I wish Oberoi or Taj hotels open at Niagra Falls. Read less

This is a great hotel to view the fireworks from. No hassle with parking, people, or pandemonium, just a quiet, personal viewing. The front desk was extremely helpful. Amber was the person who checked us in, she answered all our questions. We chose to valet, which was about $45 USD. I’ve done the self-park before, and I don’t like the walk to the… Read more

Amber was the person who checked us in, she answered all our questions. We chose to valet, which was about $45 USD. I’ve done the self-park before, and I don’t like the walk to the garage. The pools and indoor waterpark are fun for all ages, be sure to check them out if you have time. The lobby has a bit of everything: from Starbucks to a large souvenir shop. If you venture out of the hotel, the location is perfect: it places you or onto the midway, which is quite a site in itself. The breakfast buffet is also massive, wonderful selection of items for all dietary restrictions. Read less
