We had an awesome stay at this hotel. First, everyone from the valet to the bellboys to housekeeping to the front desk were so helpful and friendly. Second, the view of the falls is the best! Apoorva was the best host she upgraded our room to a fantastic view of the Niagara Falls. We are definitely coming back soon. Marriott is the best of the world. And we travel a lot throughout the world. The housekeeping is exceptional and the room service extraordinary

Great location. We could walk out back of hotel and behind the hotel was the incline railway which is just a tram down the hill. But it takes you right down to the main spot, Table Rock Center. Then you can catch the green line bus from there. You can get the blue line bus nearby but wait longer for bus to come. The hotel gives you vouchers for the WeGo bus line so that was nice to not have to find a place to buy them. Tho they are probably available all over. I got the Signature Luxury Facial at the spa. The facial was good but The massage on back, feet, hands, scalp were shorter than I expected from the description and apparent she was an esthetician, not massage therapist. Also, she left while mask was firming up instead of using it for massage. It was okay but not as good as I was expecting. The elevators, tho there are 6, or maybe 8, was always a wait for one to open and then usually packed full. This was surprising since there were enough of them. We were on the 7th floor and the view was good, but definitely higher you go, the better the view. Read less
