The hotel was really nice. I would really give it 4.5 stars. The elevator set-up is terrible. We were on the second floor, and it was difficult to access the stairs. The stairs from the second floor led to the outside, and there was no way to just stop on the first floor/lobby without getting on the elevators. Of course, you would wait forever for… Read more

You call this place a resort? Only 1 chair in the room. They did not mention the resort fee before booking. Did not enjoy stay whatsoever. BEWARE. There are better places to stay in the area without the highway prices. Save your money with better value elsewhere

Being owned by the marriott the Sheraton continues to be a disappointment. It definitely can be more affordable at times but the rooms are often worn out appearing or maintenance is neglected. The lighting over the two desks is nonexistent, not even a desk lamp. Some positives- we asked for a king bed when we checked in- not available- told us to check the next day and they did manage to get us one. housekeeping staff, concierge and some desk clerks very nice. They also do have the wonderful Marriott mattresses and pillows. Read less

An amazing hotel in a perfect location overlooking the falls with a street full of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues right behind it. The bedroom was very spacious with two double beds… Read more
