1,590 rooms on 27 floors in 1 building with 12 lifts. All with air-conditioning, cable TV, kettle, iron and board, and hairdryer. Chelsea Rooms are 275 sq ft and have 1 queen-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are 325 sq ft, most with private balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms are 325 sq ft and include access to the exclusive E|CLUB Lounge, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Studios with Kitchenette are 325 sq ft and have a full-sized fridge, stove and microwave, with 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Not the same Chelsea you used to be. Very ordinary no microwave or mini fridge in room even though that was what we booked. Parking is not what you expect - need to park elsewhere.

Water slide was great. Facilities (pool, kids room etc…) were clean and great. Room was clean. We felt safe. The pan in our kitchenette was next to impossible to wash.

It has been more than a month since I checked out of your hotel. I still haven't received the several hundred CAD deposit you collected on my VISA card. I cannot understand the trouble you have caused me with your inefficient work. I stayed at your hotel from June 10 to June 12. It has been more than a month since I checked out of your hotel. I still haven't received the several hundred CAD deposit you collected on my VISA card. I cannot understand the trouble you have caused me with your inefficient work. I stayed at your hotel from June 10 to June 12. Then I drove to Niagara Falls and stayed at another hotel  from June 12 to June 14. I paid the deposit with the same VISA card!  Because I have a clear comparison of the service and efficiency of the 2 hotels. I checked out of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview on June 14th, but received the released deposit on June 18th.  But your hotel has held my deposit for more than a month. Isn't a month enough time for your staff to check the condition in the room? I use the same VISA card to shop on Amazon and order from Uber Eats every day. Every time the order amount on these platforms is modified, the refund is very quick.  So I believe there is no problem with my VISA card. It is your hotel that has not yet released my deposit. The patience of a normal person living in Canada has been exhausted by you. I need your bill department to process the release of my bond as soon as possible. If I don't see my deposit within a week, I will seek help from government and social media. I will let more people know about my horrible experience. Read less

Super location, great family pool with slide. We paid extra for a balcony room, hoping for some quiet time after kids were asleep in the dark room but the balcony looked a bit iffy and there were no chairs on balcony and none in room that could be pulled out to use. I woke up the first night in the morning and decided to peel the sheets back that was covering the duvet (that wasn’t in a duvet cover) and discovered blood all over them. Not my or anyone who was staying in the room this night’s blood. I simply got offered a refund for the night not the two next nights I had to stay in a hotel I wondered if the rooms ever got cleaned. The refund I got issued was half of a night stay. We stayed for three unfortunately. They took hours to get us into a new room- wasted money on tickets because I couldn’t leave my hotel. I was trying to figure out what was going on and why there would ever be blood in a bed I paid hundreds to sleep in. They brought the girl who had cleaned the room the day prior to show her the blood. She tried saying she cleaned it then realized there was no way out of that lie. The housekeeping manager yelled at the housekeeper who “cleaned” the room previously in front of me. It was a terrible experience and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I could have gotten diseases from sleeping in this bed. Read less
