Ideal for a short stay in Toronto. Located on a busy street but staff calm and welcoming upon arrival. Restaurant on site and local attractions accessible via walking or public transport. Rooms were very small, too small to comfortably fit our three suitcases. Would recommend for short stays only.

Stayed for two nights last week Wednesday to Friday. Took out a room for 4 adults. Extremely congested room with minimal basic facilities. Coffee machine didn’t work at all as was faulty. Was ultimately replaced the following morning. Only two small water bottles were left in the room of 4 adults. At 11pm we called room service and asked for some more water but were asked to come down at reception to get it. As we were on the 16th floor and in our pyjamas we decided to sleep thirsty. Very dated en-suite. Poor ventilation. The room temperature could not be adjusted as the thermostat was not working correctly either. Really glad to leave the place on Friday morning. Read less

I stayed here for two nights while exploring Toronto. While it was pricey, it was less expensive than many of the other options in the Downtown area. The room was small (typical of a "city" hotel), but it was clean and quiet. Service was just okay, but the hotel's best quality is its location. It's a two-minute walk to the College subway station,… Read more

It's a two-minute walk to the College subway station, and there are various convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Read less

A great place to stay in Toronto. Our room was basic, but clean & comfortable with a good shower, large bed & a coffee maker. Complementary water was provided on the first 2 days. It’s ideally located in the city & near to eateries & shops. Our only gripe was the noisy air-con.

Had the buffet breakfast every morning but buy the breakfast vouchers from reception as it’s cheaper than charging to the room. Plenty of places to eat around and a supermarket at the end of the road handy for snacks for the room. Had dinner a couple of nights in the restaurant again staff were lovely. Subway just along the road which was hand for Union Station for the CN Tower etc. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Read less
