158 rooms on 3 floors in 1 building. All rooms with HD flat-screen cable TV with pay films and games*, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, complimentary WiFi access and hairdryer. Crystal Rooms have breathtaking mountain and village views and come with either 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 double beds sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Studio Rooms are equipped with microwave, sink and mini-fridge and are located in the Lodge Wing. These rooms are more spacious and luxurious with 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed plus sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Old Spaghetti Factory (open for lunch and dinner), Beacon Pub & Eatery (local cuisine, open for lunch and dinner), and Basalt Wine & Salumeria. Crystal Lounge Bar and Starbucks™. Pool didn't have specific time for adults only. Children were all over the pool with toys and constant jumping to pool. Wasn't fair

Lovely hotel, rooms great. Really loud aircon - ear plugs were provided. Good facilities and great locations.

Front desk person had an issue giving my son a key to our room when he didn't have one. Made him wait in the lobby, my husband came and gave them a key but then it didn't work. Back to the lobby twice, now I've come back to the lobby and he's cancelled all the keys now and made all new ones. Front desk guy looking super annoyed now comes up to the… Read more
Front desk person had an issue giving my son a key to our room when he didn't have one. Made him wait in the lobby, my husband came and gave them a key but then it didn't work. Back to the lobby twice, now I've come back to the lobby and he's cancelled all the keys now and made all new ones. Front desk guy looking super annoyed now comes up to the room to try the keys. 30 min of wasted time when he could have just given my son a key in the first place. Read less

Whilst on the surface this is a lovely hotel, well equipped and a great location. As with most properties of this type in Whistler, parking is an expensive extra and with no local alternative options you’re going to have to pay. Staff were friendly enough. As with most properties of this type in Whistler, parking is an expensive extra and with no local alternative options you’re going to have to pay. Staff were friendly enough. Our stay was let down by having to witness an incontinent drunk man get into the pool. His family group were not in a much better state. We gathered our children and left. The man was a complete disgrace. Read less
