Jessen Pierre assisted us at the Baha Mar and provided us excellent service. He is respectful and caring. Jessen would check in with us to see if everything is okay and if we needed anything. I would come back to this resort because of Jessen..

Jessen Pierre was amazing on the beach. His service was spectacular. He got us set up at the beach and helped to get towels and service. He was respectful. Will definitely be coming back to this resort. The best time and beautiful weather/accommodations

Everything was just perfect. The staff member called Arlekio Brennen who looked after our room was amazing and he went out of his way to look after us. All the staff are extremely polite and very well trained! The resort is huge and plenty to do.

The Palms restaurant at the Grand Hyatt is a remarkable cafe style dining experience right on the beach. Ms. Culpurnia and Santoya provide exceptional service and truly exception cafe style local cuisine. I eat lunch everyday at the Palms during my stay and the dining and cocktail selection never lose their savor.

Room very nice and view is great! Our check in was fast and Martiqua took care of everything we needed! The room is very clean on check in, with adequate space to store our belongings. The car service was also excellent and comfortable. Keep up the good work!
