The hotel

Crystal Cove is an all-inclusive hotel located right on the beachfront on the platinum west coast of Barbados. This beautiful resort features lush gardens and three impressive freshwater swimming pools, complete with a spectacular waterfall and swim-up cave bar. Flowers cascade over walls and balconies, and everything leads down to a glorious beach with a generous array of water sports, including water-skiing, sailing and more, all complimentary of course! There is a fabulous kids’ club to keep the little ones out of your hair, allowing you to relax and enjoy the full range of facilities and entertainment (of which there are plenty!).

88 rooms on 2 floors in various buildings with no lifts. All with a balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, satellite TV, mini fridge, complimentary WiFi access, safe, bathrobe, slippers, and hairdryer. 

Pool/Garden View Rooms with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleep maximum 2 adults and 1 infant (up to age 2 years).

Please note: the majority of the Pool Garden View Rooms have a garden view and the pool views are limited. All rooms are non-smoking.

All Inclusive of: all meals including afternoon tea and all-day dining. Local and premium-brand drinks and house wine (fine wine and Champagne at extra charge). All activities and entertainment unless otherwise stated. Water taxi to select west coast sister properties. Dine Around programme with other select Elegant Hotels properties (drink and meal supplements may apply).

1-Bedroom Suite Pool/Garden View - bedroom with separate living room or loft suite with upstairs bedroom overlooking living room, living room includes sofa bed and second full bathroom, 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant (up to 2 years of age).

Reflections (all day dining with buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner, as well as international buffet evening on Wednesdays). Drifters Restaurant and Bar (beachfront Caribbean restaurant, serving casual buffet lunch, afternoon tea, and a la carte dinner, as well as beach BBQ on Saturdays). Cave Bar (swim-up pool bar). Vista Coffee & Wine Bar (serving drinks and light bites). The Beach Bar. Taste of Elegance Dine Around Programme offers exchange dining with select sister hotels' restaurants* (meal and drinks supplements may apply).

Fees currently range from 8.75 Barbadian dollar (approximately £3.90) to 35 Barbadian dollar (approximately £16.00) per bedroom, per night.

What a fantastic hotel. The staff are all so amazing, kind compassionate and could not do enough to help you. Best service from a hotel I have ever experienced. Rarg G the manager is the best accommodating person I have met. I can not praise this hotel enough. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have stayed in a few hotels over the years, but the people here, the warmth, the feeling of being welcomed, the way the staff go overboard to meet our needs was second to none. The food was continuous, all inclusive with bar and cafe for those in between snacks and drinks. My special thanks goes to all the staff that made my solo trip not feel like a Solo trip. The hotel is NOTHING of what you see on their website and pictures!! There are roaches and, wild crabs in the rooms!! There is mold all over the showers! The beds and pillows are HARD AS ROCKS!! The pools are full of ALGAE!! And should not be swam in! The lounge chairs and cushions are full of mold!! The bridge fell and a little girl got hurt!!

We have returned to this hotel on many occasions and it never fails impress us with the magnificent service. Food is fabulous and varied for all palates. We were upgraded to a fabulous room with amazing views of the sea and sunsets. Raj and all the staff make you feel so special which is why we are returning in November

My wife and I stayed at Crystal Cove Hotel from May 25 to May 29 to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, our experience was exceptional. Shortly after our arrival, a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room—a very nice touch that set the tone for our stay. Our room had a breathtaking ocean view and was conveniently located just a short walk from the pools, restaurants, and beach. The highlight of our stay was undeniably the service. Richard Daniel, in particular, stood out. He checked in with us at every opportunity to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Richard is a passionate hospitality professional who truly cares about his guests, and this passion clearly extends to his team. On the last day of our stay, Richard went well above and beyond the call of duty. After we had checked out, he discovered that I had left my glasses in our room. He called our new hotel and offered to bring my glasses over to me. Despite the fact that our new hotel was on the other side of the island, Richard insisted on delivering them on his way home from work. This level of dedication to guest service is simply amazing. Richard's commitment to excellent service truly made our stay at Crystal Cove Hotel memorable. He takes guest service to the next level, and we couldn't be more grateful for his efforts.
