I can say I had a great experience at breathless, my Person and I stayed there, we went by the upstairs Bar called altitude and Calvin was one of my favorite Bartender there, then we went by the lobby, in the day, we had quite a few drinks and I can say I don't know if I spelled her name properly but I think it's Yushani, she made some Excellent drinks plus gave us water without us asking for any, she has a great personality and communicates well with us, I must say I went over by the beach over secrets side and the Bartender there her name is Jamila,had alot of gossiping with her friend I think she was the hostess there, she attends to her than to us, but overall my stay was great, need more entertainment though. It was great to return to Jamaica and in particular to Breathless Montego Bay for a 2 week holiday, We were again made to feel very welcome by the super staff including Lincoln who kindly checked us in. It was a holiday with a difference, with the effects of Hurricane Beryl in the middle! We have only but praise and sincere thanks to everyone at the resort (and at the sister Secrets resorts), for how they ensured we were looked after before, during and after the storm. We were temporarily moved to Secrets St James for the nights of 3rd and 4th July and understandably facilities were much more restricted, but we are indebted to those staff that stayed to look after us all, with particular thanks to Teresa, Alex and Noble from Breathless. We had an enjoyable time at Breathless both during the day around the pool, with FreeStyle and the other entertainment staff getting us all involved and in the evening with music and dancing in the Lobby area. The reggae band and singer on Friday afternoon were very enjoyable, whilst the Motown quartet of Kahlil, who perform on Monday evenings, were fantastic and really got the party started. The food options were plentiful and of very good quality. From the breakfasts, with plenty of real Jamaican food, to the super lunches (and our last evening meal) at Altitude, the roof top restaurant, and the evening meals at Culinaria/Sofrito, where there was also Jamerican (Monday) and Jamaican nights (Friday). Special thanks to all the staff in the restaurants, including Teresa, Shenae, Brittanya, Dyandra, Venessa, Alex, Noble, Theo. Thanks to those working at the bars for the drinks and also coffees at the Wink bar, in particular Tamara and Ricardo The room offered a fantastic view across the bay to the hills beyond. Daily cleaning (thanks Patricia) and refilling of the mini bar. We were looked after throughout by our friendly and efficient butlers Rory and Shane who also kept us informed either in person or over WhatsApp of activities and we highly recommend them. From Angel being literally heaven sent and meeting our every need, Keno at the roof top bar keeping us happy and entertained , Kai always keeping us laughing and dancing, Shelly Ann filling in at the roof top bar in Keno’s absence, Austinel willing and available to capture the best photos when needed, Martin and FreeStyle made sure to always ask if we had everything we needed, Lance for helping make sure our last day was complete, and the gentleman who taught me How to conquer in Jamaican Dominos 😝. She understood the assignment and made sure we had everything we needed. We let her know that we were comfortable with her coming in, while we were in the swim-up to deliver whatever she had for us! Olivia is a sweetheart, very personable and professional at the same time! You would never know that this was a new job and that she is still in her probationary period!
