Not a 5 star hotel , could use some upgrades. And the housekeeping is shady. Stole $100.00 out of my luggage while they were cleaning my room. Told management and they were not willing to do a thing about it. Food was sub par. Overall not bad Just made I was out of he stolen money.

Tonian from lobby was superb! The whole entire staff was very warm and welcoming. I felt so welcomed. The food, the culture, the amotosphere, the excursions, shopping and site seeing opportunities were phenomenal. For a first time traveler I highly recommend. The views are breathtaking. Overjoyed is understatement. Thank

The best resort I have ever been to! Toni Ann from the lobby was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful as the rest of the staff. The food was delicious and fresh! I enjoyed every second. There was a shuttle that took us to Main Street Market that was a great trip. The excursions they had for us was great as well

I went with my best friend for my birthday weekend in June and it was not at all what I expected. We're both locals and it was very clear that staff members have no respect for local guests. I requested 2 beds and got one, I was too recieve a small birthday cake, there was none. And no explanation for any of these things. We got in late so we had to go to the sports bar for drinks and food. The bartenders were extremely rude and dismissive. The food was cold and poorly made. They didn't even offer eating utensils or napkins, we had to request those. And when we did, they seemed annoyed too bring it to us. They spent most of the time playing pool with some of the other guests and ignoring the bar completely. The only decent bartenders were the ones closest to the beach. On our 2nd night, we had planned to dine at the only Italian restaurant on property but after about 15 minutes of waiting outside, we were told that they changed the cuisine to Jamaican cuisine for the night. No warning, no apologies. We ended up having to eat at the buffet instead so there's no variety for food. There's also no form of entertainment on that property, we had to walk to the other property nearby just to get to a tiny club area. Overall the customer service was poor, the food left a lot to be desired (by the way the jerk chicken they serve is horrendous. Go outside the resort for that if you can) and the elevators always seemed like they were 2 seconds away from being permanently stuck. Read less

This is an all-inclusive resort in convenient distance from Montego Bay. Located next to the beach. We had to change our travel plans and moved to this place due to an incoming hurricane. Wouldn’t have picked it otherwise. The place is listed as a five star resort, which doesn’t match the experience. It’s more like 3.5. Rooms feel dated and the level of service varies a lot dependent on which person it is. The place doesn’t feel exquisite but more for the masses. Everywhere there is (often) loud music and terrible acoustics in the indoor common areas. Plenty of food options but was not what we had expected considering the 5 stars. The ‘Italian’ serves pasta and pizza etc, but far from the quality/taste level you would meet anywhere in Italy. The ‘Japanese’ serves a few pieces of sushi with the main entree being fried rice with fried meat/shrimp served ‘teppanyaki’ style by a showman who sings and play with the kitchen tools. Cringe and not really Japanese food. The place may appeal to travellers who like lot’s of entertainment and music everywhere and does not care so much about fine dining and nice wine. It appeared most guests enjoyed themselves, but it wasn’t a place for us. Read less
