The hotel

Iberostar Grand Rose Hall epitomises a delightful experience. This adults only hotel, right on the beachfront, will allow you to relax without having to lift a finger. Don’t forget to stay hydrated and visit the four bars the hotel has on offer, including a swim up bar, so you don’t even need to leave the pool. But, if you did want to venture out, you could go golfing at luxury golf course Cinnamon Hill or get up close and personal with the local sea life by visiting the hotel’s diving centre. Get to know the two sister hotels, Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites and Iberostar Rose Hall Beach, as you have full access to their facilities and restaurants. Meaning you are free to indulge in a further ten other eateries across the complex, and numerous bars.

295 suites. All rooms have air-conditioning, TV, WiFi, mini-bar, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea/coffee-making facilities, bathrobe and slippers, a terrace and a whirlpool bath. Standard Suites have a garden view with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Swim Out Suites have direct access to a semi-private pool, and also includes features such as in-room check-in, pillow menu, and turndown service, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults. As an added bonus these suites include butler service.

Oceanfront Suites are located on the beachfront, and also includes features such as in-room check-in, pillow menu, bathrobe and slippers, welcome amenities, and turndown service, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults. As an added bonus these suites include butler service.

Presidential Suites are located on the beachfront with ocean views and a whirlpool on the terrace, as well as other additional services. Features a living room and kitchenette, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. As an added bonus these suites include butler service.

We had such an amazing trip! Tanya went above and beyond for us the entire stay! She was sweet, caring, funny and made our stay the best! We will definitely be back and recommend the resort! It was beautiful, clean and if we needed anything we got it!

Cedric did a great job making sure our dinner’s were good and set up at the right times! Also making sure we were having a good time and enjoying our vacation/honeymoon! Our honeymoon diner was amazing and so peaceful! And everyone that help us were amazing

This was my first time in Jamaica and at Iberostar grand. My overall experience was exceptional. From guest service, housekeeping, bartenders in all areas, restaurants, spa, bell boy, and every other area in between it was an exceptional service. Upon arrival we were swiftly checked in, the room was clean, big and we had reserved a basic suit but it had a generous partial ocean view. The room was updated, had snacks and drinks -soda, beer, wine, water. Our room was refreshed every day. Multiple times checked for all items. The restaurants were amazing. We ate at the buffet, Jamaican x 2, beach grill, Italian. We went to Jamaican restaurant for dinner on first night and had such a phenomenal service by Ms. Karen, she definitely made us feel like family and spoke of providing us with a dining experience. She exposed me to ackee spring rolls and lobster curry which was excellent. We also had jerk lamb and curry goat all to die for!! She took pictures of us, sprayed me with mosquito spray when she heard I was having a hard time with the bugs lol all without us asking. She was gracious and definitely felt like a warm hug and family that we went back for my birthday dinner and request for her. The Italian restaurant has a delicious lamb and beef lasagna. The lemon cannoli was delicious. All other staff members were also warm, welcoming and helpful. They made my experience wonderful. Crystal in concierge was also delightful. She was assigned to us and periodically checked on us. The food and drinks are endless and delicious. You will not be disappointed. They have great activities starting early morning till late hours. They had a wonderful michael Jackson show, Motown, Caribbean night, violinist, singers, saxophonist, pianist, DJ at the lobby and a club afterwards. the spa was nice. They have three decent size pools and the beach right at your footstep. As part of the grand rose hall we also had access to the other two hotels which were equally nice but we appreciated the quiet and adult nature of grand. Our entire experience was wonderful. The resort is wonderful-food great, would have liked more shows in theater. Do not book the handicapped room-shower is impossible to use without flooding the place, and toilet is small and low. We switched rooms and new room was easier then handicapped. We can't wait to go back.
