The Daisy Family at Ocean Coral Spring brings you the latest in top quality, family friendly hotels in and around Montego Bay. Just got back from holiday, unfortunately hurricane Beryl came halfway through our holiday. Staff were absolutely fantastic & I would like to say a big thanks for looking after us during the difficult time. The very next day staff were working hard to have everything back up and running, even though they had their own problems with no electricity at home. The food was great with different options including plenty of Jamaican food! (I read a review where someone said there wasn't enough Jamaican food). Special thanks to Rachelle who waited on us in Martha's Market. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. Had a great time and will return. Read less

It’s was amazing, best time ever. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was on point. Food was great although I would have love to taste more authentic Jamaican food but overall I can’t complain. Definitely coming back with the rest of my family.

Negatives - Not enough pool chairs. No umbrellas around the pool - it was impossible to find a pool chair in a shaded area if you don’t get up at 4 or 3 am! By 5:30am, all the pool chairs were taken! Customer service was poor. Staff unapologetic. Was woken up in the middle of the night for no reason and no explanation as to why, no apology that it was the incorrect room. There were also glitches of a few systems but generally an unpleasant customer service experience.
