Ambiance of resort is classy and grown. They gift champagne upon checking in and take bags to your room. Room service is quick and food is delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the multiple options of restaurants and entertainment, and drinks brought to you at the multiple pools! The fitness center has a great view of the beach to exercise in

Our overall experience was a 10 across the board. Any and all concerns or questions we had were quickly addressed by the staff. I will identify a few staff members here that delivered excellent service but there were obviously others who's names we did not have. Our 5 stars go to the Preferred Club Hosts, Melina, Carlos, and Athena, Preferred Bar Staff, Adrian and Roberto, Our restaurant servers, Roberto, Cesar, and Manolo. and as I said several more who's names we do not have one in particular waited on us at the Dragon for dinner. Secrets the Vine was a beautiful experience! From the food to the atmosphere, we enjoyed it all. Shout out to Bernabé at the Market Cafe, he made us feel very welcome and was super super friendly! The staff here are all amazing! We will definitely be back…..soon.
