The facility is under construction. In addition there’s holes in the pool by the rooms. Path to room very dark. Staff and food were decent. Some rooms they say were partial ocean view have trees blocking views.

The pool side waiters were always super friendly, remembered our orders and did a great job juggling everyone. The vibes of this hotel were perfect and we loved our stay. First time to Cancun. Found the hotel by accident, but the swim out pool caught my eye. If you are older, the Serenity Club is a must. You get more amenities than you realize. My husband and I will definitely be back.
