Treat the family to a little rock star treatment at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya - Hacienda is a family friendly playground packed full of fun with amenities galore. Four expansive pools and Rockaway Bay a 23-slide waterpark, twelve restaurants, endless water activities and the Roxity Kids' club should give you a good idea. Plus when staying in the Hacienda section, adults will have access to some of the restaurants, bars and facilities within the Heaven section, which has both family and adults-only areas. An All Inclusive resort, it's top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. There’s a whole variety to choose from but one thing’s for sure, you’ll have space to stretch out in plus a well-stocked mini-bar to take advantage of!

Rock Suite Ocean Front 2-Bed have ocean front views with master en-suite bedroom with 1 king-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 guests including children or 2 adults and 4 children.

Rock Suite Ocean Front Rooftop Lounge 2-Bed as above with a dining and living room area, master en-suite bedroom 1 king-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 guests or 2 adults and 4 children.

Rock Star Suites Ocean Front have 2 bedrooms, one with 1 king-size bed and the other with 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 6 guests including children and infants. As the name suggests, this suite is fit for a Rock Star, with hooded throne seating and a custom gold and silver mirrored horse sculpture, not forgetting the Jacuzzi soaking tub in the master bedroom.

They are expert solution-makers and always find new ways to delight our family. The additions and expansion of the Roxity Kid's Club we got to experience this year were truly something special. Caro, Gaby, Karly and the whole Roxity crew really made our kiddos feel at home and cared for. We're already counting down the days til our next trip back to see our friends at HRH Riviera Maya! Daniel and Gabriel were fantastic hosts, always on hand to make our stay that much better. Food was fantastic at this resort, no matter where you went. Rooms were a little musty but very nicely laid out. Great time, we'll definitely go back another time.

My review. Staff is amazing!! I can not say enough about them. It’s our first time here. I will say if you visited Unico and Hard Rock DR. You will notice it’s not updated like they are. Which I was already expecting. But they are currently making renovations. We had Hall of fame access. So I did enjoy being able to make reservations for dinner. Eden pool is amazing. The beach area was hands down best beach I’ve been able to access compared to the other resorts in Mexico. If you like the beach. This is the place for you. Will I come back? I would come back after renovations and updates are complete. Bowling was really fun. Make reservation for that. It was $15 a person. Dolphin excursion was fun. Only downfall is. They wanted $200 for pictures🥴🤬 TOUR CHICHEN ITZA. Be prepared to leave at 8am and be back at hotel at 9pm. It’s a LONG day. Seemed too long for the families with young kids. They were tired. My advice if you aren’t Hall of fame members. Dinner 5-6pm is the best time. After 6:30 seems to be over a hour wait. Everyone eats late here. Thank you Diego & Vincent (butler team) best team on staff. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. David from Legendary. His staff was the best experience we had so far.
