Our suite was huge and cleaned every day to a very good standard. The all inclusive deal is great and you can eat and drink at all the bay gardens hotels. The shuttle bus is great as we spend most days at the beach, it’s stunning at the beach resort and water crystal clear. The rum punch and cocktails amazing. The food was tasty and so much choice, it was lovely having a la Carte at an all inclusive hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the bay gardens hotel.

Location is the best, close to shops and restaurants of Rodney Bay and on the stunning Reduit Beach.
The wait times in the restaurant can be quite long at times, otherwise it was the most perfect stay!

I was pleased with the quality of this resort. It is right on the beach with easy access to the waterpark. Staff is super friendly and welcoming and they make great cocktails. Food was also great and staff very helpful. Will stay here again next time we visit St Lucia

We having been coming back to this resort for many years and this year they have made some really positive changes/improvements particularly in relation to the service in the resturant and the quality of the food.
