The hotel

This stylish hotel is situated along the coast, so you’ll have stunning views of the marina up close. Your room will be nautically inspired and have a range of view to choose from, you can also select a room you can swim up to from the pool! Whether you’re in gym, the pool or penthouse Asian Caribbean restaurant, you can watch life pass by in Rodney Bay, as yachts bob in the marina. You're mere moments from Rodney Bay’s restaurant and bar scene, but Harbor Club St. Lucia’s own menus tantalise with sushi, gourmet pizzas, continental breakfasts, and the ice creams, pastries, and confectioneries of its Swiss-style bakery.

The staff are pleasant and nice. We have been lucky to be served almost each morning by Priscilla, who is really kind and good with kids. She often spoke with our youngest son, often helped with food choices for our son. We’d recommend this hotel for quiet nice holiday.

I stayed here for a conference, and brought my 6 month old and mother. Immediately noticed there was no AC in the reception and my room. The country was experiencing a heatwave at this time. We complained for several days before being given two standing fans. The hotel management (led by Martina Roth) was uncaring, and frankly, unprofessional. I… Read more

We complained for several days before being given two standing fans. The hotel management (led by Martina Roth) was uncaring, and frankly, unprofessional. I had to escalate the situation with Hilton Executive Escalations who thankfully understood this property isn’t reflecting the Hilton brand. I would not stay here again, and would not encourage anyone else to. Read less

This is one of the most mixed reviews I have ever given. First the good stuff.. If you get a room on a higher floor (4 or 5) the view is wonderful. You look out onto the resort and the marina. It's absolutely beautiful. The resort itself is very clean, from the rooms to the pool to the gym area. It's spotless. There are a few fantastic staff (very… Read more

It's absolutely beautiful. The resort itself is very clean, from the rooms to the pool to the gym area. It's spotless. There are a few fantastic staff (very few) That's really it for the good. Here's the rest.. We went for our 25th wedding anniversary and booked a Captains Suite. The bathroom door was broken and didn't close, the living area fan didn't work, the blind rod broke, and there was only one USB charging port on the alarm clock. The Wifi was extremely spotty especially in the room. The pool area blasted music at night on the weekend. I mean, blasted. We couldn't hear ourselves think in the room. It was absolutely ridiculous. Worse than any Spring break hotel. On to the staff.. We were shocked at how unhelpful they were (except for Arthur and Ali who were absolutely amazing.. Way better than the actual manager). Most of the staff acted like they were doing you a favor and just had a general bad attitude. Most of them seemed like they didn't want to be there. We had dinner at another resort one night and the difference was incredible. We actually felt more welcomed there than we did at Harbor Club. Also, be aware that this resort sells day passes, so if you are there over the weekend that will impact the pool area. There are not many pool chairs (I counted less than 30) and only 4 umbrellas. Like I said earlier, Arthur (Duty Manager) and Alyiel (concierge) were incredibly sympathetic and offered an anniversary dinner on our last night  due to the huge letdown of the room which we deeply appreciated. They are both outstanding. This hotel needs to make some significant improvements. It's a shame because the location is really stunning. Read less
