One of the best hotels that i have stayed at and I would rate it above the Hilton in Jamaica. Check in for some reason took a long time and our chips in our guest bracelet hadn't been activated which meant a delay getting into our room. One of the best hotels that i have stayed at and I would rate it above the Hilton in Jamaica. Check in for some reason took a long time and our chips in our guest bracelet hadn't been activated which meant a delay getting into our room. The lift in our building also conked out which meant an 80 step workout to and from breakfast but honestly this stuff happens and it made no difference to our holiday. The hotel was beautiful the grounds lovingly cared for with palms creating a tranquil setting. The food was amazing and there were a lot of restaurants to choose from including the steakhouse, chinese, Italian. There was plenty to choose from. There is a beach within metres of the hotel which unfortunately is plagued by people trying to get you to book excursions. Read less

Excellent food in the buffets and restaurants. The watersport centre is really good - we took out a kayak and catermeran - with help from Nathan - who showed me how to sail. The beach bars are really good with a range of cocktails - shout out to Sari a waitress at the Hideaway Bar who was so sweet.

The room and view was amazing one of the best views I ever seen . My Butler Monique is the best !! Whatever I needed she made sure I had she went above and Beyond . Although it did rain a few days during by my stay the entertainment could have been better . The best entertainment was the silent party . The Dj played some great music .
