The key ingredients were missing.The sweet lime soda, a commonly ordered drink, was terrible as well. As for the humble glass of warm water, it was boiling hot and my friend couldn't even hold the glass. Terrible, careless service. No attention to detail. On paying the bill, we complained to the lady attending around. She looked apologetic but couldn't do much. Really pathetic for a hotel of your reputation. Never again Read less

Went to the spa and had a wonderful and relaxing time there. My therapist was Fred who I can highly recommend. The buffet in the restaurant is also amazing and the whole staff very friendly and helpful. I had a great time and looking forward to come back

In shangri la Bangalore I fill at home . From the gate to the front desk, B Cafe staff and of course the staff in the Horizon lounge. The staff there is taking care of all my needs always checking if i fill comfortable and need any assistance especially Mrs. Thamsna that every day welcome me with smile and helping me around.
