The hotel

Upscale rooms, chic dining and unforgettable sunset views are all on offer at this gated haven right on the beachfront in Juhu. Equally convenient for business as it is perfect for relaxing, you've got easy access to the business district whilst also being steps from feeling the sand between your toes. With multiple dining options on offer, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dinner. But we definitely recommend the Lotus Cafe for Sunday brunch, with special entertainment and fun food for kids (and plenty of food and drink to enjoy for the adults too), it's a hit with all the family. If you're here as part of a business trip, think about upgrading to an Executive room which includes access to the lounge where you can work in peace whilst enjoying hors d'ouevres and selected complimentary refreshments. When you're not working, enjoy a dip in the infinity pool or head to the sauna and steam room to recharge.

This review is specific to my visit to Quan spa at the JWMarriott Juhu on 11th July 2024 This is definitely not my first visit , but in every visit the experience gets elevated . At most times I take their signature therapy as it’s the best in their whole spa menu . Firstly the ambience of the spa (especially after the recent renovation) is excellent. The moment you enter it gives a relaxing feeling with the mood lighting . the spa rooms are correctly lit with light music and great cooling . The dressing rooms are clean and the steam room is also maintained well . I want to express my gratitude to Pravin Yadav , the spa manager . He is always smiling and ready to extend any help at the spa and has a great team to ensure every customer is taken care of . Pravin has taught all his team members to maintain the highest standards. My special mention and thanks to therapists Mahima / Jacqueline , Vrushali and Bishnu at the spa reception , Mahesh at the dressing / steam room. Would highly recommend people who like to go to spa to visit Quan spa at JWMarriott , Juhu Read less

I am Mr. Patel, I am Ambassador elite bonvoy member. We have been frequent guests at jw marriott juhu mumbai. The hotel ambiance is extraordinary. All lotus cafe associates provide great service, they are very hardworking. The food is excellent. All chefs are very friendly & very helpful & very talented. But me & my family are extremely disappointed with some trainee chefs. Inspite of being learners they show a lot of attitude with rude behavior. During our last visit we have had very very bad experience with chef Kalpana. She is barely turned associate chef from trainee. Last time she served us very unhygienic & uncovered food. And the food was presented in a very shabby manner. And when we told her about this she back answered to us very rudely said , from next time onwards you tell some other chef to prepare your food. She didn't even apologize for her mistake. Inspite of this kind of rude behavior we didn't complain. But this is the first day of my next visit my wife ordered a parathas as she was at the paratha station , she didn't give any response on making parathas. Forget about greeting or feeling sorry about last time. She was showing attitude towards my wife. And when my wife asked about paratha she behaved rudely. And again she replied talk to another chef. She didn't make my paratha today. Then i had to order for paratha inside the kitchen. Along with her a very new trainee chef also started to rudely back answer us. Her name is janvi kohli. We are very disappointed with the rude behavior of Kalpana adhikari chef & trainee chef janvi kohli. This kind of disgusting behavior shouldn't be taken lightly by the hotel. No hotel should appoint these kind of unprofessional chefs. both are not fit to work in such kind of hospitality business. I would also like to mention about executive Sakshi chef, during our last visit , she was very rude with us. & was interfering in our placed food orders which we already had given to the very senior chef .Mr chaddha. She was trying to take charge of restaurant manager by taking personal decisions. Inspite being in fault she was still arguing with us. And after I had a talk with the executive senior he said Sakshi was at fault. And on her behave the chef chaadha apologized. But she didn't have the courtesy to say sorry but rather was showing attitude. This kind of chef doesn't deserve to work in this type of highend luxury hotel. She is not even hardworking rather she just interacts with guests most of the time. She is doing guest relation duty(G.R) duty not chefs duty. I hope this kind of behavior doesn't happen again with another guest. Otherwise it will spoil the hotels image. This kind of behavior by chef Kalpana adhikari have happened twice in our 2 trips. No one is taking action against her that's why she repeated her attitude. We are very disappointed. Read less
