Prime location for business travellers, in the heart of what we’d describe as Mumbai’s version of Canary Wharf, the Sofitel is a luxury hotel with excellent facilities that shows off a mix of French and Indian culture in the design. If you are working throughout the day, you couldn’t wish for a more relaxing hotel to come back to – the spa is on hand for a massage to rewind, or the beauty salon for a pamper. There are even bath salts in the room and a BOSE sound system so you can have an evening soak to your own soundtrack. The standout feature of the hotel is the culinary options, with 5 bars and restaurants to choose from and a range of tastes to try. Jyran offers glorious tandoori tastes in a colourful restaurant, before you retire to the bar with it’s impressive wine tower. Upgrading to a club room or suite will get you access to the Executive lounge with it’s complimentary afternoon tea and cocktail hours, a lovely added bonus to complete your stay.

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay here.It was a leisure trip, away from Mumbai hustle. George at their buffet restaurant Pondicherry took good care of us and our child. The staff at concierge was very helpful in telling us what to explore nearby.
The rooms are good, had a comfortable night sleep, there was a big long couch in our room, a study desk , a bed off course, there was a bathtub as well, which we didn’t use. We had the chance to hit the pool, and steam room, both of them were quite good and refreshing.
As a Accor Platinum Member, we had access to the lounge (Club Millesime) as well. They made such nice cocktails, food Menu was also good.
For the fist day, we had Italian at their cafe, which was great, Same night we took A-la-carte in dinner, though the buffet menu was very appetising, but after having enjoying our time in the lounge, we weren’t that hungry. The second day, we stepped out for Bastian, went to Jio World drive (a short walk from the Hotel), later had dinner at Bawri (short walk again)
There are many cafe’s restaurants around, with great ambiance and scrumptous food, it was was quite hard to choose
We really enjoyed our time.

Excellent stay at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. Room was great for rest and following up on work during the trip. Came for business and we hired Sonu as our driver to take us for various meetings around the city. He has been great in getting us to the various locations on time despite the unpredictable traffic of Mumbai.
Beautiful hotel and amazing service!

Beautiful hotel that’s a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Our luxury room was spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the amenities and dining at the hotel, absolutely loving the Artisan Bar & Lounge! The service by our server, Horsh, and food by chef Chirag, was phenomenal. Couldn’t ask for more - thank you!!
