Thank you for a welcoming and pleasant stay. Enjoyed eating at the Garden Cafe, Salsa Verde and Nampu. Staff were very helpful and keen to find out if the food was ok. Special mention of Lysia at Salsa Verde and Ayu and Linda at Nampu. The attention to their work was exceptional though all staff were great. I hope to come back another time!

The food offerings in the Grand Club continue to impress as does the service. We would like to make special mention of Sandi who serviced our room and made the best towel animal! He is a quiet achiever we think. Very modest and very discreet. An asset to the hotel 😀. Once again we want to recognise our server at the Club - Suarni. Do you even know what a gem she is? She remembered us and our names and drink preferences from our previous visit. Please give her the recognition she deserves.
We were happy to see the extra comfort covers on the loungers at the “quiet” pool and the fitness centre pool. It a.so seems that at last staff are reminding guests that the quiet pool is just that and if you want your kids to play with balls, floaties etc, take them to the river pool or the main pool!
Service at the sports bar was excellent - thank you. There was a lot of night time activity whilst we were there which we enjoyed watch8ng and listening to from our suite.
We will be back as soon as we can.

A wonderful experience, rooms were immaculate, very friendly helpful staff. The resort restaurants including the breakfast were excellent quality and very good value. The grounds were very picturesque and a local egret visited for a koi carp lunch

Grand Hyatt hotel was so perfect. Everything was just amazing. Will highly recommend it if you plan to visit Bali. Bach was so close with a cute swing; taxi service was easy to access through the Hotel staff assistance. You need to experience this hotel to fully appreciate it and all the things it has to offer.
