My family and I recently stayed at The Laguna, Nusa Dua, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort offered a perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and activities, making it an ideal destination for a family vacation. Arrival & Accommodation: The check-in was smooth, and we were greeted with a refreshing drink and flower garlands. We stayed in a Lagoon Access Room, which provided direct access to the resort's lagoon-style pools. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of amenities like a Nespresso machine and quality toiletries. While we didn’t have a private lagoon, the access to the pools right outside our room was a major perk, and my 10-year-old son loved swimming in them every day. Facilities: The resort features several beautiful lagoon pools, which were a highlight of our stay. The main pool was large and perfect for family swimming, and there’s also a children’s pool. The beach was just a short walk away, and we enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding. For some downtime, we visited the Laguna Spa, where my wife and I enjoyed a relaxing couples’ massage in a tranquil, private suite. Dining: We dined at Arwana Restaurant, known for its seafood and Indonesian cuisine. The food was excellent, with a variety of options to please even our picky eater. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of fresh tropical fruit, Asian dishes, and Western favorites. Activities & Service: The resort has a Kids' Club with a variety of activities that kept our son entertained while we had some free time. The service was exceptional—every staff member worked hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A special mention goes to Ms. Awi, who personally helped us with transport arrangements and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to look after us. Additionally, Mr. Yudha at the reception provided exceptional hospitality and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Location: The Laguna is located in the quieter, more relaxed Nusa Dua area. It’s a great location if you want to avoid the crowds of places like Kuta but still be close to shopping, dining, and attractions. The Bali Collection mall is just a short drive away. Final Thoughts: The Laguna, Nusa Dua, was a fantastic choice for our family vacation. The service, beautiful pools, and overall atmosphere made it a memorable experience. The staff truly made a difference, and we were especially grateful to Ms. Awi and Mr. Yudha for their exceptional care. This resort is perfect for families looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Bali. Read less

One of the most luxurious hotel in the area. Great staff and services, they are very attentive to their clients. Food is delicious too. Lots of pool to choose from, with salt water pool too. Great seafront restaurants. Offers hassle free tour from the resort as well.
