Deluxe Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

Staff was really bad, our door battery has went out and they refused to fix it. Not only did they refuse to fix it, they also told us to only stay in our rooms as it was a hassle to help us open the door with their master key. Absolutely absurd. The wall between the socket had crumbled and they did not provide sufficient towels for 3 people. I would've taken pictures but I didn't think of it in that moment. Balcony door battery died and I had told staff many times but they seemed unbothered and did not fix it at all. Read less

A pleasant stay. No time wasted during our check-in, the guest relation officer, Mr. Fizwan was accommodative and helpful assisting us. Need to refurbish on the room's interior furnishing and also more attentive on cleanliness of the balcony area . Thank you.

The frontdesk personnel Mr. Fizwan attended to us with professionalism. Overall stay was good. He was so polite and patience... He should be more than what he was now.. Everything was good.. Me and my wife was so impressed... The check in was so smooth..

Princess Terrace staff are polite and attentive especially at reception with regards to seating request thanks to a male (maybe Muslim staff) about 40-50 year old. Love the new vinegar pigs trotters n the lei cha. Well done for addition to spread.
