Marie service never disappoints me every time I have check in at GCW this my 2nd time back here will sure come back again. A staff from reception must follow here service she always give fancy and bubbly attitude to everyone and can still remember me by my name surprisingly good employee hope you will get reward with you service .

You gave us early check in at 12pm. To be honest, most hotels would give token early check in at 2pm….. so truly above and beyond! Secondly, the staff were attentive and anticipated the wedding celebration needs. Eg at the tea ceremony, the manager came producing a paper bag when he saw the gifts piling up! Even the waitresses were attentive and served so well! Usually they will forget to top up or your requests but your staff remembered and followed up! Kudos to the training and culture you instituted! Hotel is clean, but service is lacking. They nickel and dime you here (an extra set of linens was $90/night! We thought it was $90 just once, but they charged each night.) Took forever to check in, even when there was no one in line. Positives: Breakfast was very nice. Room was clean and mattress was comfortable.

Such a beautiful hotel, so grand. Impeccable service & softest pillows. The view is beautiful and hotel is clean with all tip-top facilities. I would like to compliment Jennifer at the check-in concierge. She is lovely beautiful lady who made our check-in process so smooth & quick. Must visit for short/long stays.

We booked the one bedroom service apartment, great with kitchen, living room space, but what surprised us was the space outside where you can sit and relax. Lighting in the living room and kitchen was sufficient for us to enjoy our meals properly: Great experience, with super fast check in and check out.
