City centre location, close to shopping, entertainment and dining destinations. Direct access from the hotel lobby to the MRT subway station. Transfer time for Singapore Airport: 25 minutes.

Hotel is in a great location (especially if you like shopping as it is on Orchard Road which has 6km of shopping!). Good points: - Beds and pillows are super comfy. - Staff are very efficient and friendly - Jen and Jeno are two of the cutest little robots that deliver you things in your room (we asked for more tea bags which the robots bought up to us) - Roof terrace with infinity pool is a nice area with a nice Tiki Bar. - we had a small issue with a couple of bits in the room but they fixed this immediately upon being told about them. - Bathroom well appointed and powerful shower - very clean rooms. - very good breakfast with good choice of food both Asian and Western. Not so good points - Not that many sun beds on terrace as not much space so only have enough for one row along pool, plus 4 round day beds. Therefore it can be hard to get a seat at end of a day of hot exploring. - Sun beds only have a small cushion and are pretty uncomfortable without a full length cushion. We had rooms 1635 and 1636 which are interconnecting which was helpful with our kids. Read less

This was our second stay at Hotel Jen Orchardgateway as we couldn’t fault it when we stayed here previously. The hotel is conveniently located and in walking distance to local attractions. We stayed at the end of April for a two night stopover in a King Club Room which gives you access to the Club Room on the 19th floor where you can sit and relax with food and drinks available while taking in the view. Staff were once again welcoming and very helpful and our room very comfortable. The rooftop pool is beautiful and there is a pool bar where you can sit and have a drink. Food at the restaurant was once again very varied and good quality. It’s a perfect spot for a short stopover. Read less

Lots of room for suitcases and lots of wardrobe and drawer spaces. Location was perfect with the Somerset MRT directly below the hotel. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The rooftop pool has an amazing view over Singapore and the bar staff there were great too. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and fireworks at night from the pool deck. There is a supermarket in the mall connected to the hotel. We loved our stay and would definitely go back there. Very convenient as you can stop at Somerset SMRT station and orchardgateway mall to do your shopping. Hotel room is spacious and clean, services and staffs are good. Breakfast buffet is so good and quality is excellent. Rooftop sky bar and pool give you the best view of SG. So far is the best Jen Hotel I stay.
