I also really want to personally commend a W staff member Nick Toong. We had the pleasure of meeting Nick on the first night as we sat in the Bar for drinks & his attention to detail, service & pleasant nature was top notch. Not only did we enjoy the conversations & service from Nick over our stay, but also the way he befriended our 9 year old daughter's & helped her cook Smore's with the other kids was above & beyond. Well done to Nick, a credit to the W business, the experiences that keep people coming back.
All in all a fabulous experience with the W Sentosa Cove, but we were super impressed with the staff in general & Nick's incredible service.

Excellent Sunday champagne brunch

Breakfast was a stand out - the quality was top notch and the variety was amazing. The chef making the omelettes was fun while the chef at the pastry section was extra helpful in replacing the Nutella which had run out. I got my coffees quickly and our table was cleared fast to keep the birds away.
The pool and the food service were top notch with our order being delivered quickly.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our next visit.

Top notch experience for a Sunday brunch. The food and staff were amazing and cannot fault anything about it. Would come back again and again. Starts at 12 noon and free flow for 3 hours. In fact the staff moved us out at 4.30 and we then had a lovely couple of hours after on the terrace. Excellent experience
