The hotel

The gorgeous gardens and pools at Krabi La Playa Resort provide a great getaway, offering up endless hours of relaxation. One of the resort’s swimming pool is pretty traditional, a series of interconnecting pools accompanied by sunbeds, poolside dining, and swim-up bar with the other ‘Emerald Pool’ is something a bit different. Both stretch right up to some of the hotel’s renovated rooms and suites, allowing guests to step right into the water from their terrace. The two acre gardens are just as inviting, with their own bar and seating spots. And, if that’s not quite enough space to relax, you could always head to the sands of Ao Nang and Noppharat Thara beaches, 150 meters away, with shopping, dining and nightlife nearby.

Premier Pool Access Rooms are located within the newer building of the resort and have a direct view of the swimming pool. Rooms have their own private balcony with direct access to the swimming pool and a daybed.

Deluxe Pool Access with Jacuzzi Rooms are located within the existing building of the resort and and have a shower only in the bathroom. Rooms have their own private balcony with direct access to the swimming pool where the private Jacuzzi is located.

Hotel location is good, down a side street but just off the headland that splits Ao Nang into 2 beaches so perfect for exploring either. Great location.. lovely room overlooking the pool with the biggest bed I have ever seen! Staff here are great and very attentive. My husband left his bag in reception when we left on our way to Khao Lak. We loved the fact that there was a dehumidifier in the room too. They upgraded us and gave us an extra room for Mr 18 year old, he loved having his own room, this worked really well.
