It is a unique resort next to a small beach and village with many restaurants and massage places. You can also rent beach beds. The resort is in a great location, about a 10 min drive from the airport. Everything about this report is fantastic except that you may need to have a good sense of directions to walk around as it can be confusing - this… Read more

This hotel is off the scale. Incredible place and the staff are superb. It’s location is great with a fabulous beach and beach cafes outside. The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff really made the hotel special, their cheerful attitude and general helpfulness made the holiday a delight.

The decor is gorgeous and the bed incredibly comfy. The hotel app made it easy to arrange bookings with the front desk and the pillow menu is brilliant. My chosen pillow arrived in minutes. Breakfast has a big range of items and never felt too busy, even at peak times. We loved the gym and the experience centre, it was easy to book the activities and the gym staff are incredibly friendly and really good personal trainers. We did the 3 day fitness programme and felt great at the end of it. There is lots of space in the hotel grounds, we used the smaller adults only pool, which was very tranquil. Happy hour at the pool was a nice end to the day. The beach behind the hotel is amazing, the sunset was jaw dropping and the hotel provided SUP boards. There are so many activities at the hotel and the staff were always happy to help us out. I was worried about mosquitoes as it was coming to the end of rainy season, but the hotel did a great job with keeping them at bay, much better than other resorts we have stayed in. We will definitely be back very soon. Read less

Every detail, from the beautifully designed rooms to the lush, well-kept grounds, exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The dining experience was another highlight – the food at Black Ginger, in particular, was of outstanding quality. We have already shared our experience with friends and family, and we are eagerly looking forward to returning in the future. Every little detail is taken care of from checking in to checking out with meticulous kindness and courtesy. We stayed in a pearl suite with an outside bathtub! The room was absolutely gorgeous in every way and everything you could want was on hand, even including mosquito spray. Breakfast was awesome with so much choice and we also had dinner at the Tin Mine which was also perfect. The bar is also great with buy one get one free beers and a pool table. The grounds are immaculate and the 3 pools are gorgeous. We particularly loved the adults only pool and the staff there were so helpful and friendly. The beach and village is a short walk through the grounds and is also well worth a visit. The village has lots of small restaurants and bars on the beach which are perfect for a sunset cocktail or dinner. Congratulations to this hotel, it is perfection and so are the staff. Read less
