A short boat ride from Phuket's east coast, in sheltered waters overlooking Phang Nga Bay. Phuket Town is 30 minutes away by road and boat. Transfer time from Phuket Airport: 50 minutes.

116 suites, as well as the highly recommended 120 villas with private pools. Deluxe Suites are located in the quiet gardens towards the back of the resort, a short distance away from the main reception area, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Outdoor Jacuzzi Suites are close to the Deluxe Suites with an open plan interior and outdoor decked terrace with jacuzzi, sleeping maximum 3 people.
All villas have a spacious open plan living area and and kitchen, a private terrace overlooking the gardens with private pool, and master bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or twin beds. 1-Bedroom Garden View Pool Villas are in the centre of the resort on the hill, sleeping maximum 3 people. 1-Bedroom Sea View Pool Villas are similar and are in the same location but have high views across Phang Nga Bay.

Everything nice and available in the resort .Excellent service, friendly staff from the moment we arrived until we departed everyone provided assistance. We came here with a luxuryescape all inclusive deal.
The hotel is on a island close to pucket, there is a 5min boat trip from the main island and it's free so that was great.
The hotel is a little dated but they are under renovations so it will be nice to see once finished.
The food was great overall and enough choices.

Filled the time meeting the fabulous bar staff at Kabang, sampling our first ever Coconut Island Iced Tea and learning the best places to visit in Phuket.
The room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay and the bed was blissfully comfy with beautiful crisp bedding. The jacuzzi was immaculately clean as were the all the pools which is no mean feat given the tropical garden setting.
The breakfast is outstanding and caters for all cultures and dietary requirements, big shout out to the staff on the egg station - the poached eggs and omelettes were cooked to perfection.
Loved the beds around the pools and on the beach, super comfy and you don't have to leave them to get a drink or a snack as the staff continually come round to see if you wanted anything.
The Spa is beautiful, treatments are top notch and reasonably priced.
We want to give a huge shout out to Kyle, Mark, Honey and the fabulous crew at the Kebang Bar - you guys are great and made our holiday one we won't forget (for all the right reasons).
Yes the resort is a bit dated here and there but we could see that Barcelo are determined to get everything up to scratch in due time.
We will be back and that is a promise!

They swapped our rooms, food was great and the free transfer off the island was super easy to use. Ted helped us book our trips out and were amazing recommendations.
Would we return? Yes dependent on price and if we were to return to this area of Phuket.
