We decided to spend my birthday weekend at Conrad Fort Lauderdale beach! And it did not disappoint!!!! To start off at check in, we remembered Doris, who made our trip when we first met her at Conrad New York! She once again exceeded our expectations to make my families stay there memorable. We were unsure how kid friendly the resort was - it definitely was kid friendly as we met other families there, as well! Our kids had fun in the pool and playing the yard games out there! Katrina on the beach made sure to check in with us for drinks and food! Food service at the beach was convenient! I definitely recommend the coconut water out of the coconut!! Nashau from the pool went above and beyond with service for food and drinks! She even had special treats for our boys! We had happy hour drinks and food at Vitolo! Great location to walk the beach daily! Our ocean front suite was the perfect amount of room for our family with amazing views! Thanks again to the staff for making our trip amazing, to say the least! We had such a great stay we cannot wait to go back next year! Read less

They have many room types to select from and many ocean views. Suites are spacious and well-designed. Full kitchens, nice baths and luxury Byredo toiletries. The pool deck is fun. There is a clean and functional fitness center and a spa. The Korean Fusion restaurant, Takata has been outstanding in the past, but was a miss this time around without much fanfare. The hotel did have a billing error, but it was resolved with a single phone call. When you’re staying on the beach, the Conrad is a solid choice that hits the sweet spot for luxury, service and value. I’ve stayed at this property many times and it remains a solid choice for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. In a world where quality is often compromised, I’m grateful that the Hilton Branded properties remain committed to providing what you want. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Outstanding Service, Property Needs Some Attention

The service is impeccable, from the moment you drive up to the front door. Everyone is attentive, free, and eager to please. The proper is starting to show its age, however. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is worn and showing damage. The furniture on the balcony had significant amounts of rust on them…not just minor.

We had a fantastic stay at The Conrad. The staff was very friendly and helpful to ensure we were having a great stay. We enjoyed lunches at The Spinnaker where Iris went out of her way to take care of us and she is fantastic. Gary was also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed riding the free bikes every day. We did and ordered a simple burger and a chicken sandwich TWO DAMN HOURS LATER WE WERE STILL WAITING. I asked the bartender about our order and he checked on it and it was going to be 15 minutes which means they had not even started it. 10 minutes later it came out and it was wrong. The Conrad demands $750 per night for my room but cannot get lunch within 2 hours. Horrible service Read less
