Staff were exceptional!! The hotel itself was clean, well located in the heart of Las Olas and great decor. But the staff makes this hotel excellent!! From the dining staff, hotel desk and supporting staff they were so friendly and helpful.

A specific thanks to the entire staff at Hyatt Centric Las Olas Ft Lauderdale. We had a wonderful stay once again. Jeff Katz was so kind, our room was beautiful and just perfect. We recommend the breakfast outside on the veranda off the restaurant.
