This hotel was clean, new, friendly staff, comfortable room and an excellent location. We enjoyed this stay, and we are all looking forward to the next one, soon I hope! The included breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety for the whole family.

The entire hotel felt damp. The fridge in the room didn’t work. All of my milk, protein drinks and cheese were spoiled. One of the two elevators in the lobby wasn’t working. Wish they had coffee out earlier. Pool was closed on 7/8 for maintenance. Wish the maintenance was done overnight instead of in the morning as my 3 kids were disappointed… Read more

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. You also get a lovely breakfast in the morning. Don't skip out on the bar they make great drinks. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Also you can't beat the location, steps away from great food and entertainment on Flagler ave.

I live in Texas and come to Florida often. I spent 2 weekends at SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Smyrna Beach in May. The entire experience was perfect. The staff are very friendly. Great entertainment on Friday nights and the breakfast buffet is great. I am planning on coming back for another visit very soon.

Great location. Beachfront and close to everything on Flagler. I wish they would do a better job of monitoring beach non- guests coming into the hotel and using the pool. Other than that I enjoyed it. Nice to have The chair and umbrella rental guy right outside the hotel. Enjoyed the free breakfast
