Absolutely horrifying and upsetting experience at this hotel. I had booked this hotel for 6 nights to stay for my father's funeral. I had some travel issues and ended up arriving a day later than expected---unbeknownst to me, the hotel had CANCELLED my stay leaving me with nowhere to stay for the entire week. They never called, emailed or anything to check whether i was coming--they cancelled the ENTIRE trip with no contact. It was extremely stressful and traumatic to have travelled all the way there and be in a foreign city, about to bury my father, and to have this happen. The staff were unprofessional, rude, unintelligent, and made no attempt to make it up to me. In fact, the manager lied at first saying that there were still two rooms available for us--then had us wait and told us that actually there were no rooms, leaving us to look for another hotel that same day. DO NOT patronize this establishment--very unprofessional, hostile, and liars that don't know what they're doing. Read less

I’m so disappointed with the hotel service. A renowned and credible hotel chain. I believed it to be an honest and ethical place. I stayed there from June 15th-18th. The day before I left, I left my white engagement dress on the bed, when I came back at night the dress was gone with the sheets and towels, the next day before a I leave talked with front desk, they told me that they send to another company to wash all their stuff. They assured me they would find my dress and send it to me. So many days that I called and they kept saying that they will find out. The result? NEVER got my dress back and no one NERVER called me to give me any explanation. I even sent a picture that I had from the day before with the dress on the bed. Never will gonna stay on this hotel anymore and giving a hands up for you that is planing to stay there, it’s not safe and you can’t trust on them. Read less

Cool rooms, comfy beds, concerierge lounge, and wonderful restaurant! Staff is wo derful! Bartender is extraordinary in restaurant! Both breakfast and dinner were great! Loved so much after my flight was cancelled, made my way right back here. Nice family pool and hot tub too

This is a tired, played out Marriott badly in need of renovation. The toilet leaked all over the floor, the pool area was next to a major highway (noisy) and the exterior was being noisily repainted while we were there. Front desk staff was quite wonderful but even the vouchers couldn’t offset the closure of the Concierge lounge and the constant noise. Looks like a place for flight crews and down-market kid groups. I was told they were scheduled for remodeling soon - one floor at a time so be ready for low expectations. Read less
