One of Clearwater’s most remarkable resorts, the Hyatt brought a new level of luxury and service to Florida’s west coast. Inspired by the West Indies, the oversized rooms and suites are beautifully furnished with fully-equipped kitchens and private balconies offering water views. A real treat to return to at the end of a busy day, they’re perfect for families or couples seeking the ultimate in relaxation. The resort also boasts a wealth of world-class amenities to tempt you, including the eco-friendly Sandava Spa with its impressive range of beauty treatments and the 24-hour StayFit gym, ideal for the ardent keep-fit fan! On the 8th floor is the swimming pool complete with children’s section and climate-controlled poolside cabanas. Alternatively, head up to the 16th floor’s Sky Terrace for sunning and hot tubbing. There are water sports galore on the beach or jump on the Jolly Trolley and head down to St Petersburg and explore. SHOR is the hotel’s signature restaurant featuring a dramatic show kitchen to show you how it’s done. Pan-Latin fusion dishes are also served poolside and Skimmers lobby bar will rustle you up a delicious cocktail in no time at all. Camp Hyatt kids club offers an exciting range of activities both in the hotel and on the beach, leaving parents with time to chill out, Florida style!

A great resort with all the fees you can afford!

This was a very nice resort. The ambiance was great, the staff was great, the location was great and the suite was great. What's not great is the daily valet fee and resort fee. I guess the resort fee was for the glass of champagne at check in and the four bottles of bottled water daily and anytime requested throughout the day. One very important…

Best spot at Clearwater Beach to stay and play or relax
Nov 23, 2024Kim B
The resort is top notch, beautiful views from our rooms and balcony. Large spacious bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, large balcony overlooking the beach, Pier 60 and the Marina. This was our second stay with them and we can't wait to go back!
Breathtaking view

The whole experience was more than expected. Beautiful views, amazing staff and customer service was beyond amazing. Will definitely go back. This was our first stay at the Hyatt, but will not be the last. Shops and restaurants were walking distance.
Girls trip

The pool doesn’t get sun until 4 in November so that was a little disappointing but it was so nice and we just enjoyed it after being in the sun at the…

This hotel was incredible! It features a pool on the 8th floor with a fantastic food bar and convenient poolside service. Our room was spacious, located on a corner with two balconies—one facing the bay and the other overlooking the ocean. We had a full kitchen, and being on the 16th floor, we were right in front of a large terrace with a hot tub. The location is perfect, close to a nearby shop stocked with everything you might need, from Tylenol for hangovers to beach shoes.
