Close by to central Naples and a short distance to the 3-mile stretch of beach which is accessible throughout the day via the hotel's boardwalk. Gulf View Rooms are located in the mid-levels of the tower and have superior balcony views and have 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Signature Gulf View Rooms are located on the higher floors of the tower with amazing views from the balcony and have 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Garden Villas are 1-Bedroom Suites located in low rise buildings adjacent to the tower, and are larger than Signature Gulf View Rooms, have 1 master bedroom with king-size bed, separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed, 2 TVs, an MP3 clock, spa bathroom, microwave, fully-furnished terrace and sleep maximum 4 adults.

The hotel is wonderful. The architecture is amazingly well planned. The room service, front desk service, the bar and restaurant service are excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The room well decorated, fancy, clean, and we got an upgrade so the view from de 15th floor was gorgeous.

This property is very dated and the service is terrible. They spend more time making sure you wear a wristband than they do cleaning and servicing guests. For the price of the rooms and this high cost of food and beverage we will certainly look for other options while in Naples.

I have never had a maid in the hall approach me when coming out of our room with a Do not Disturb sign put to make sure we didn’t want service. The hotel is in a great location. We hit this hotel for a couple of days where the hotel was hosting a conference and a retirement party. This took up all the available foyer dining and bar area. Wow! Incredible service from Valet to, front desk, to the friendliest, most welcoming, bartender ever! Carolina was almost completely finished cleaning and closing down the bar 6 minutes before close… as a fellow bartender, I know the pain of someone walking in after finishing all of my closing duties. I asked if she was willing to make one drink as I have had a horribly long day. She responded with the most sincere smile and invited me to enjoy myself, no rush. I give the same type of service, but rarely experience it on the other side of the bar. To preface the rest of this review, I am here visiting for a conference at the Ritz as a Mixology Expert. I have had MANY bartenders work on my teams over the years and you just cannot teach the traits Carolina displayed without having a clue who I was or why I was here. She is an incredible asset to your organization, we look forward to letting loose after the conference and hanging with her tomorrow night! If she wasn’t so amazing, we would probably make plans to venture off property after the pool… but, she became invested in my day and showed care… we will be spending our ladies night right here with Carolina!!!!
