We visited in mid-November 2024 and had a great time at this hotel. While there were several areas businesses affected by the hurricane and not accessible or open, our three-day stay was still amazing. The biggest issue is the $40 resort fee. Here’s the catch: if you don’t use the beach chairs, you’re not charged the fee. For example, if you go to the beach and sit down, there are people in blue shirts who ask if you’re staying at the Wyndham. If you are, they say “chairs are complimentary with your stay” but they’ll ask you to fill out a tablet and leave a tip. Take the tip off! A cheaper alternative would be to just buy your own chairs rather than paying $40 each day for two. Our room was in a great location and was very clean. They also provided robes, which I really appreciated. The pool was nice, too. The only other issue is I felt like they were being sneaky with the resort fee. I talked to someone that said it was $36 then online it says $35 per day then charged $39 with some change. Also, they did refuse to give us the access code for the WiFi. It is a gorgeous place to stay and very accommodating. Yes, there are many other beautiful hotels that we can be going to on the strip, but there is only one reason in particular that we keep coming back to you. That is, your Bell Captain, Marty. Since our very first visit, when Marty first met and greeted us, the welcoming feeling that we got from him was truly exceptional. Our happiness there was his No. 1 priority. He treated us with love and respect, just like we were part of his family. I don’t know what you are paying him, but he deserves a huge raise because he is your secret weapon in Marketing for this hotel. He has become our friend. And we love him. To wait 40 mins for your car is unacceptable, especially after we called ahead for the car. When we asked what was taking so long, they had a damn attitude and didn’t even care. You charge $40 for valet per day and you provide zero service. They were unable to move cars along! It was a mess and tons of people sitting outside with luggages waiting for cars.
