Just a 10 minute drive from Tampa International Airport, this hotel is a great place to stop on your journey into the gulf coast, before you head off to one of many famous beaches. Connected by the causeway, there’s easy access to Clearwater, so you can have your feet in that soft white sand in no time. You don’t need to leave the hotel to get views of the water though, watch the bayside sunsets from your room, or whilst dining at the waterfront grill, sipping on your favourite cocktail.

Standard Rooms feature two queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Pool and Bay View Rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Sunset View Rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Bay View Patio rooms are located on the ground floor with a private patio, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Suites feature a separate living room with sofa bed, wet bar area with mini fridge and microwave, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 people.

The highlight of our stay, apart from the lovely view, was Rubin! He was so professional and gave us lots of great tips to maximise our, first time to Tampa, holiday experience. Great employee. The room was nice. Particularly liked the lamps and the view of the water. Daniel was also a great help with our phone network issues. He was a star 🌟

When we arrived at DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront, we were warmly greeted by receptionist, Rubin. He was so friendly and welcoming. It made our day. He is a credit to your hotel chain. The view wasn't too shabby either. Watching the birds on the water was a joy. The pillows were also very comfy.

Rubin at the front desk was amazing. Great service!!! He is making sure the room was taken care of as far as a plumbing issue, room was very pleasant and an excellent walking trail both directions outside the hotel!! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating

Diana and Sandy in the Harborview Cafe were absolutely wonderful. They were so pleasant and helpful with breakfast. I wasn’t very hungry so they offered me something smaller instead of the regular breakfast buffet. 5 stars to both of them.

Amazing service. Rubin was the one that helped us to understand more of the hotel and our questions, highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a sweet experience in any business that you are going for plus is close to a lot of restaurants and amazing beaches 5 stars for me!!
