The hotel was nice,clean, friendly. Specifically shout out to Myriam. She helped me @1am and got me whatever i needed with a smile. She was super helpful and sweet. Went out of her way to go to the kitchen downstairs and grab me some ice and offered to bring it up to my room. Everybody else was nice too and the breakfast was good.

I stayed here with my work and I had an AMAZING experience. It was only AMAZING because of Barbie and Myriam. They are both a great image to this hotel and make the experience even better. They both gave amazing recommendations. Himanshu did a good delivery to me and he was so professional and very admirable.

The hotel is beautiful, great location and the rooftop pool was amazing. and Myriam from Security has been amazing, so friendly and helpful!! Thank you for make our stay a lovely one!! Himanshu and Barbie were super helpful delivering our food and ice!

A good place to stay. It is very comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. The only drawback was that the rooftop often became a loud party spot for young people, making it difficult to enjoy.

Checkin was not smooth. We received a welcome email from this hotel a few days before arriving. We had a flight delay so I replied to this email explaining the delay, provided an ETA, which was 5am-6am next morning, and asked to save a room for us. Upon arrival we were told that we “no showed”and there was no room available. I showed the email I had sent and they provided a room in 5 min. I believe they may somehow missed the email. But we also had the following night booked with this hotel. Why couldn’t they provide a room even if they missed the email?Why play such game with us if there had been empty room?
Moreover, the garage payment system didn’t seem to process our credit card and we were stuck at the garage for ~15 min. There was no “HELP” button or that sort. I called the hotel number on Google and was sent to voicemail. We had to walk to the front desk to get this resolved. We didn’t have enough time to visit a museum because of this garage hiccup. Very disappointing.
Hotel seems clean though.
