One bedroom apartments can be booked with either city or ocean views, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Two bedroom apartments can be booked with either city or ocean views, and have either 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed, or 1 king-size bed and 2 queen-size beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Pamela was so helpful, friendly and amazing she was helpful and attentive always with a friendly smile and willing to help pool was clean and lots of shade and place to sit. The hotel is nice there is 200 character limit words salad tropical foot

From the door men to check in to the spa to beachside services to cleaning staff I have been wonderfully amazed by my experience here. They definitely take pride in their service! Shout out to Jennifer for beach side service and Keny for the amazing spa experience!

The beach service was exceptional; Federico's warm hospitality made our days truly memorable. The hotel itself is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. Everything was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an impeccable job. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

I had an amazing time at the Carillon!!! Went to the beach everyday for 5 days in a row and the service was always excellent. Special mention to Jennifer for her exceptional service, smile, kindness and professionalism. Would definitely come back 😍
