Refrigerator freezing Inside

Hotel with a great view. Easy access to airport.. Food good Buffet Good for breakfast. Low rating cause freezing in there. I had to sleep with a jacket on. It was seriously freezing. The staff agreed and said there was nothing they could do. Extremely uncomfortable
Don't stay at this Hilton Hotel.

Overpriced and outdated and run down.
I will never stay here again. The hotel needs lots of tender loving care. The food not good and overpriced. First time I have gotten a bottle of water and it cost more than a bottle of soda. I would stay at other hotels in the area.
Dated hotel with long lines and poor shuttle service
Nov 3, 2024747brucerBoulder, Colorado
Waited 45 min for shuttle and 30 min at front desk. Dated hotel with chipped paint and no coffee in room ( coffee tea bags only). View from 14th floor nice but windows dirty. Bed comfortable.
Pool bar pleasant and bar staff nice. Smoking prevalent on pool patio.

We paid to upgrade our regular room for a suite and paid for early check in just so we could sleep after our red eye flight.
The room they put us in, 801, was RIGHT next to the elevator.... I mean. Literally the headboard was on the wall that the elevator went up and down all night within inches of our heads. To say it was like a freight train is…

The room they put us in, 801, was RIGHT next to the elevator.... I mean. Literally the headboard was on the wall that the elevator went up and down all night within inches of our heads. To say it was like a freight train is an understatement! We tried 3 times to complain and were given a $30 drink voucher that didn't even cover 2 drinks!
The manager, Ricardo Duran, was rude and condescending when we asked for some compensation.
