The reception staff were rude. The sheets on the bed were dirty and pubic hairs in the bathroom. Don’t waste your money. The once trusted name of Hilton has definitely slipped and I will never be staying at any other Hiltons again. Very disappointed

Decent Cruise Hotel. Nothing outstanding, just a decent stay. Rooms were very aged, and in desperate need of a refreshing. Parking was terrible and excessively expensive. Hotel is in a convent location. There are better cruise hotel options.

Eventhough the food was very good especially the food from the outside bar at the pool, it was pricey. There is a Chinese fast food restaurant down the street that is not fancy,but has really good food.
I really appreciated the free shuttle service and the ability to drop off your bags before checking. The early room checking fee was not worth it. I was told by another guest that if your in the Hilton Rewards program they will waive the fee.
The surroundings around the pool and the walk way to the gazzibo were beatiful and well kept up. Hopefully they will also let the iguannas and geckos stay.
If you walk down the street in front of the hotel don't be surprised to see wild chickens running in out of the bushes infront of some of the buildings. That's a sight you don't get in New England:).
