Ive stayed at Hilton double tree in Miami and Cincinnati and neither had running hot water. We cant even shower in the room. Sucks. Obviously wont be staying here again since they cant provide basic amenities. So disappointing...........

I was at the Miami International Airport and called to get picked up to go to the hotel and nobody answered the phone! I stood there 45 minutes calling and they just let it ring and ring. They also answered it and hun up on me a few times. I'm a Hilton Gold member and stay with Hilton a lot. I finally saw the van and had to flag it down one hour… Read more
I was at the Miami International Airport and called to get picked up to go to the hotel and nobody answered the phone! I stood there 45 minutes calling and they just let it ring and ring. They also answered it and hun up on me a few times. I'm a Hilton Gold member and stay with Hilton a lot. I finally saw the van and had to flag it down one hour later. Other guests in the van also indicated the same problem, and they were waiting over an hour! We got to the hotel and it was crickets, nobody up front, all in the back somewhere talking. Had to wait to the point where I was going to yell for someone to check us in. The lady came out and looked my room I picked and said It was not clean yet at 7:30 pm at night? So she changed me from the 10th floor to 4th floor junior suite prior to my arrival. Loved to look straight on at roof vents.. thanks. Paid for an upgraded room and this is what I got. My coffee station was also not filled for coffee and the Creamer was stale. I went to eat dinner down stairs and the servers were busy on a computer doing math, so they say. We got their attention to order dinner, had to go up to them for more water... I have to say this stay here was none hospitable, and I will stay at other Hiltons from here on out. Especially since you don't know when you will be picked up from the airport,getting someone to answer the phone, and none service for dinner. The only positive experience of this hotel is the bed and sleep quality. Read less

We had a wonderful time at the bar with Jazmina and Grecia!! They were wonderful! So much fun! Very friendly! Loved talking with them! We appreciated all of their service and made us feel home away from home. They are the reason we will be back time and again

TERRIBLE!! I called as soon as I landed to get instructions on how to catch the shuttle. The female that answered the phone was rude and had no idea how to tell me where to go. I called three times and then found out the shuttle wasn’t returning. Avoid!
