The best location! Got a free drink, free bikes and an ocean view. Nesrine at the front desk was a joy after a long day of travel I'm a super kind and helpful and fulfilling all our wants 😁. The elevator was down and they carried our bags up the stairs. Room is large clean and modern.

Lovely hotel, amazing location ust a short walk from the beach which is safe and family-friendly. There's a great breakfast, free use of beach towels and bikes and the staff are super helpful, especially Neseine at the front desk, muchas gracias! :)

Running from hurricane Milton we did not have much of a choice and I am grateful that this hotel was available at the moment. Staff was very helpful and accommodating by allowing us to check-in 2 hours before official 4pm time. Location of the hotel is amazing with the beach just across the Ocean Drive and plenty of restaurants around. Full stop - this is where good things end. Elevator was out of order. Going up an down between lobby and 4th floor might be a great way to get your cardiovascular system into shape, especially carrying luggage at the same time, but not all people (us included) would appreciate that. Small room, while being very clean, lacks basics which are normally available in any 1-star motel: not even single chair in the room, no hangers in the closet, non-working coffeemaker, no ice machine. Air conditioner's noise was pretty close to the sound of space rocket full power turbine, we had to turn it off - in Miami! Hotel also charges $20/day for ... nothing. There is no hotel parking (nearby parking is $20/night without in and out privileges). There is no swimming pool or any other amenity which would justify additional charge. Bottom line: not recommended. Read less

We complained and they graciously gave us another room and a bottle of champagne so that made up for that. Pino at the front desk was VERY accommodating, respectful, and happy. He made our… Read more
