They received some of my packages at the front desk a few days before my stay, they gave me some of them but one that the post office delivered, they didn't have it, it was lost, it was stolen or they gave it to another guest and they never took care of it . I lost money and the hotel didn't even apologize. It's a shame because the staff's attention is good but no one knew how to deal with the matter, the manager never showed up after repeated requests. Regarding the rooms, they are old, they need renovation, the carpet is disgusting to step on barefoot. The hall is nice, it's a shame they don't offer a decent breakfast, just a thermos with coffee and they have a restaurant incorporated into the hotel. Read less

Fantastic hotel and very sweet staff! Genesis was especially helpful at the front desk! The rooms are very spacious and clean! The biggest perk is the fantastic vegan restaurant in the lobby! I will be staying again when I come back to Miami Beach!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my kid. Affordable-ish option for the area, but would not recommend if staying for more than 1-2 nights. The bad: outdated, dank smell throughout hotel and rooms, very loud AC right next to bed, tiny bathroom with zero counter space, mattresses that slump and have no support, sheets smelled like cheese, $35/day… Read more

The bad: outdated, dank smell throughout hotel and rooms, very loud AC right next to bed, tiny bathroom with zero counter space, mattresses that slump and have no support, sheets smelled like cheese, $35/day "amenities fee," no parking, not very clean. After resort fees, still comes to about $200/night. The good: vegan hotel in restaurant & LOCATION. 1 block from Collins, 2 blocks to Fillmore, 1 block to Lincoln Road, easy access to shopping and great restaurants. Read less

Hands down, this was the best place to stay! Not only are the rooms affordable, I’m able to enjoy my vacation without being financially strapped for cash. If you need anything at all, please ask Paula on 2nd shift. She does a great job & will provide as much detail as possible. Thanks again to Paula & the staff for making my stay incredible!
