Despite being offered a waiving of the resort fee to compensate for the inconvenience this was not applied and when we departed reception was arguing with another guest so I wasn’t able to raise the issue. The location is across from the Sagamore hotel where you can access the beach with complementary lounge chairs. You can also use their pool. The National Hotel across the street has an excellent Spanish Restaurant with great Tapas. I would definitely return. Read less

Need a few coat rack though. Cold water was absent on our second day, and only scolding hot water in both faucets. Fifth floor roof top pool area not too busy but useful. In-house restaurant had good breakfast but definitely also paid for ($120 total). Very good bakery, pastry shop and Italian pizza places within 5 min walk. Read less

I enjoyed my stay for business, the restaurant is very good and Danny is especially helpful! The bathroom sink counter space was nonexistent which I thought was strange for a large bathroom. The AC would spike randomly to over 90 degrees, the solve was unplugging the thermostat and plugging it back in - this happened three times during my stay. I… Read more

Roxana was amazing! Very kind and attentive. We were only here for one night but all of our needs were met and more. The place itself is beautiful and has incredibly comfortable beds. What more do you need? We would definitely recommend coming here and would love to be back again.
