I attended the ritz with my aunt & we absolutely loved the scenery & staff. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted with joy and luxuriousness. We spent most of the time on the beach which staff and food was perfect!!! We also want to thank Lazaro for going above & beyond at the beach! Amazing service & enthusiasm!

We had the best time celebrating a special birthday at the ritz bal harbor. Lazaro and the whole beach crew is top notch and made the beach celebration and our stay very special! Daniel, our waiter, was excellent as well! We can’t wait to come back to the ritz for many other special occasions And getaways!

From beginning to end we enjoyed our stay! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean. The food and drinks were great! Pool, was beautiful. We had wonderful massages in the spa. All in all nothing I can complain about! We would definitely go back!

Booked 2 bedrooms ( king size bed and 2 double beds) upon arrival we were provided with 2 king size beds, when we asked to get the room we booked, manager said that in their system we booked king size only- even though I showed them our reservation with the details of the booking, she asked us to pay extra for 2 double beds, we contacted the 3rd party who we booked with and after an hour of them arguing with the hotel, we were provided the room type we booked, room is very nice nd specious, hotel’s location isn’t great if you like to walk to places, nothing is walking distance from the hotel. No restaurants at the hotel besides the breakfast place that opens all day and changes menu accordingly. Pool- very basic for Ritz Carlton, beach is connected to the intercostal- lots of boat traffic. Overall disappointing experience Read less
