I never thought I’d be so happy for a cancelled flight, but after staying here, I most certainly am! From the moment we checked in with Gladys at the front desk, she took amazing care of us, ensuring the kids received a snack, welcome champagne for the adults, and a complimentary room upgrade as a thank you for our status/loyalty to the Marriott brand. It began with a personal email a week before our arrival explaining all of our club benefits. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Lisa in the lobby. She made a great first impression. Once we arrived at the club lounge we again were warmly greeted by Esther. We next met Trish and she remembered our family from previous stays. There are not enough superlatives to describe Trish. Spent last night here at this gorgeous two hotel resort. The Ritz is incredible & we chose the Club Level. Trisha and Esther proved themselves to be the best of the best. Great food and cocktails included. Beautiful views from 1220. Love the pool and the option to go the Marriott pool if you desire. We will come again!! Thank you!!!
