A positive is the Walgreens only a minute away / across the street. If you are torn between this hotel and the Hyatt Regency Orlando, I preferred the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Buyer Beware - You Have Been Warned

Believe the bad reviews. I wish that I would have read them before staying. Thankfully we were only staying for one night. I feel for the families that are coming for a vacation.
The staff are rude and mean. They charge for EVERYTHING!!! Microwave, parking, early check out, access to a little gym etc. I will never ever come back.

The conference I was to be attending in early November cancelled, after notifying the hotel of this they refused to offer me a refund of any kind. Flights? No problem, refund in 30 seconds. This place? Nope just wants to keep your money without you even staying there. Good thing Amex doesn’t play with disputes. I hope it was worth it.

Our room was amazing and you can’t beat the value. Antonio is an amazing parking lot attendant. Friendly and proficient . I will definitely return and recommend to friends, family, and colleagues. It is the best value for the amenities. The brunch was delicious and the deli on site is very convenient.

The hotel is beautiful. The entire staff from valet gentlemen to the bellmen are exceptional. Patty, spa manager was a warm caring lady. My grandson & I were at the hotel due to the hurricane. The employees could not have been more helpful. It was similar to staying at a Ritz Carlton.
