The hotel

The Rosen Inn International is situated in the heart of International Drive, the main entertainment centre in Orlando, so it's in a great location to explore the shops, bars and restaurants that line this popular road. It's also ridiculously easy to find, as it's next to the world's largest McDonalds! On top of that, it is just a 5 minute drive to Universal Orlando Resort™ with all those fantastic roller coasters, special effects and 3D rides. Full-on buffet breakfasts and dinners are served in the hotel's Fountain View Restaurant, and they have some very special discounts, exclusively for you. There's also a Lite Bite Deli for a snack on the run. The rooms have a modern and fresh new look whilst keeping that much needed comfort at the end of the day. Including a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, you can store your own refreshing cold drinks and make snacks for hungry kids! There are two swimming pools just waiting for you to leap into after a hard day exploring the theme parks.

728 rooms on 6 floors in 2 buildings with 5 lifts (plus 2 buildings on 2 floors with no lifts). All with air-conditioning, TV with pay-per-view films, complimentary WiFi, coffee-making facilities, mini-fridge, microwave, safe, iron and board, and hairdryer. Standard Rooms have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 5 adults or 2 adults and 3 children, with rollaway bed*.

  • Meal Bonus offer: Two buffet breakfast plus one buffetdinner for up to a max of 2 adults per room per stay (minimum 7 consecutivenights). Compulsory Service fee of $8 per 7-night stay will apply. Any applicable offers have beencalculated into the prices shown. Offers may not be combinable

Room was dirty. Dirty sheets when we arrived. Took 2 days to get new sheets and all they did on both days was remake bed hoping we wouldnt notice. Complained 3 times. 6 days for them to vacum carpet 3 massive ccockroaches plus others in room....

We stayed in June this year ( 2024) and our room was spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pools are lovely and clean and fresh towels provided too for ease. Booked as a package through BA. I’m actually surprised that BA lists this on their site. The reception staff, half of them cannot be asked to break a smile. It does not cost anything to be polite. Booked as a package through BA. I’m actually surprised that BA lists this on their site. The reception staff, half of them cannot be asked to break a smile. It does not cost anything to be polite. One gentleman, he thought it would be great to just take his time in issuing a car park permit, asking me the most ridiculous questions. Some of the other staff on the other hand were really good, the young lady in the bar, you do a fantastic job. The rooms are dated but each comes (well ours did), a large bed, we had a sofa, a fridge, large TV and coffee maker. Some of the time the cleaner would replace the coffee, at other times nothing. 90% of the rubbish was taken but some not, I only assume that they only have so much space to take with them. Would I stay here again, nope. I’d rather pay the extra few pounds and stay elsewhere. Location is on point though, it was $6-10 each way to universal. We’d then take the car in the evening when the parking was free. It is good of the hotel for holding your luggage for you. We had an evening flight so they held our luggage. Just a note though, the lady who opened the door for us to collect our luggage didn’t even check if we had the correct bags, so much so I still have the luggage tickets, so be aware. Read less

This was our second stay at this hotel and we enjoy every moment. It’s clean, all rooms are cleaned daily and bedding change along with our towels. All staff are friendly and very helpful. The two pools are clean and there are loungers around the pools. They have accessible rooms for wheelchair guests that are easy to manage in, there are pool lift to give you access and enjoy a swim. There is an on site gift shop that has Disney products as well as normal holiday required items from sun screen, bathroom products to crisps and cold or hot drinks, plus light snacks and drinks. The on site restaurant provides breakfast and evening meals, you can include in your holiday package or pay per visit, the breakfast options are from cereals, waffles, cooked breakfast and fresh fruit, yoghurt. All very tasty. The evening meals are just as plentiful to choose from depends on your taste buds. The on site bar is an easy relaxed place, there is happy hour every evening a fair range of beers and cocktails also soft drinks, you can also get bar food here as well. As a guest who uses a wheelchair I found this hotel very accessible. The hotel is right on Idrive and the local shops, attractions are easy to get to with either Itrolly or the hotel taxis or though your TUI agent or through the hotel itself. Fully recommend staying here and both my partner and I are thinking of visiting again. Read less

On arrival we was greeted by a miserable bloke that clearly couldn’t be bothered, he then informed us that for an extra bed was $20 per night (jokes) so we brought a blow up bed from Walmart for $30! The cleaner doesn’t like to take all rubbish so had to take it to the bin round the corner which it would seem a lot of people do, didn’t get us any loo roll so brought our own. The place is great for a base for universal but if I had more money this ain’t the place beds are comfy but having to buy a bed for my son when they said it holds a family of 5 really 🤔 Read less
