This is our third time staying at the resort with my husband and kids and it is sad to say that the standard keeps going down. In the previous stay the guest service was close to non existant but it didnt really matter because we are not too fussy and we love the water park but on this occasion even at the waterpark we were disappointed. My husband saw a few snakes and on one occasion someone pooped in the pool. Everyone had to be evacuated. It was horrible!
When it comes to the our 2 bedroom apartment, the rooms need an makeover (pictures attached), the carpet was mouldy, the windows dirty. We were there for 2 weeks and only had our room cleaned once and it wasn't even done properly.
The level of noise was continuous throughout the night, there was a smell of weed in the balcony, the police had to attend the resort on more than one occasion. I did not feel safe there like I did on the last two occasions we visited.
For the price I expected a cleaner, better and safer environment.
It is fair to say I will not be going back there.

Jax at the flow rider taught my son a great lesson on bodyboarding and surfing. He was very encouraging and attentive. Thanks Jax! My son had the best time. He wants to do another lesson even. I’m glad we signed up for a group lesson and still had the benefits of a private lesson.

This place was absolutely terrible. Not worth your time or money. Everything was cheaply done and management is almost non-existent. We always rent a condo and we have never been in a condo this bad.

When we arrived to our first condo, the fan was literally hanging by wires and was disgusting. SEE PHOTOS
When we moved to the 3nd condo, same thing. Poorly cleaned, not stocked kitchen. We had to call management 3 times to get basic utensils and cups.
They also block off the majority of the pool chairs to force you to pay to have a place to sit. Very minimal open and free chairs to find.
Don't waste your money. Don't be fooled.

Jax was kind, patient and thorough! My daughter had a blast. He took us a few minutes early and didn’t rush the process. Cheered her on and kept motivating her. It’s a must try here at the Grove! We will definitely will be doing again if we find ourselves back here!

Surfing on the Flowrider was an awesome experience made fun learning from the Eric the instructor. He was excellent at explaining how I could improve, He taught me how to keep stability in a way that made sense and made it an easy time learning to do a 360 for the first time.
