The Sufari water park is an attraction in it’s own right, complete with water slides and a lazy river, and there's also a huge indoor entertainment centre with arcade games and glow in the dark mini golf, the kids won’t know where to start! Please note: full cleaning will be conducted every 5th day for guests staying 8 nights or more. There will be a rubbish collection every other day for guests staying 3 nights or more. The poolside service, at The Grove’s Waterpark, with Shaunté was great. She provided excellent service and was very personable. I received my order in a timely manner and was asked if I needed anything else whenever I just looked like I was needing anything.

Shaunte was excellent at the water park. She got all of our order out fast and hot. She was very nice and accommodating even though we were a larger group with small children. We spent time everyday at the water park and made sure to sit in her section.

Hands down the best family spot… we came in April and then in July, weather wise April was better! The boys really enjoyed the arcade and the water park. The staff are awesome and the property was well kept. The only thing I would say is, the pull out couch is not comfortable. Other than that, everything was good!

We just recently stayed at the resort on a wish trip for my son. We were blown away when we arrived on how beautiful & well maintained the resort was. We were once again speechless when we checked in and were treated amazing. We dealt with Leon. He was so friendly & welcoming to our family. Leon went above and beyond any expectations we had upon arriving. We were speechless on how wonderful & how much thought he put into the arrival of our wish child and family. Everything from the moment we arrived to the resort to when we checked out was great. The customer service was top notch & the rooms were very clean and spacious. Our family enjoyed the arcade and water park as well as the pools. We would absolutely come back again and recommend anyone to visit here. We are so thankful for Leon and all of the time he put into our wish child and making sure our trip was perfect and memorable. Thank you so much for an amazing get away. Read less
